Please carefully inspect each piece upon receipt. Written request must include item
number, size, color and quantity and the reason for it's return must be mailed or faxed to
OP United Attn: Returns, within 7 days of receipt. Only when OP United issues an official
return authorization number (RA#), will returns be accepted. Packages returned without
authorization number will be refused. OP United reserves the right to inspect and
determine whether a credit or replacement is due. Soiled merchandise due to poor packaging
on returns will receive no credit.
